2013 Munich International Textile Exhibition

2013 Munich International Textile Exhibition on September 3-5 was held at the Munich Exhibition Center. Munich International Textile Exhibition was founded in 1996, which twice a year, mainly established for men and women enterprise to advance procurement fabric.

 

Exhibitions were set up six themed areas, including COLLECTIONS (clothing fabric), ADDITIONALS (accessories), BLUE ZONE (jeans and sports fabrics), ASIA SALON and SHOW ROOMS. In which Asia Salon was established in 2006, is one of the most dynamic regions in this show. ASIA SALON provides an opportunity for the Asian Fabrics and accessories manufacturers to directly face the European market, each session attracted hundreds of high-quality Asian fabrics enterprises to participate.

 

In last autumn exhibition, there were 850 exhibitors come from 37 country, professional buyers reached 18,500, an increase of 4.5% over the previous year. Where buyers outside Germany accounted for 35%, the Exhibitors proportion of foreign companies continue to increase. Some well-known brands and design studios such as C&A, Marks & Spencer, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Marc O’Polo, Jean Paul Gaultier are to be buyers.
